- We do not store, upload, or back up any camera images or video.
Camera access is used solely to deliver the intended interactive experience. The Service does not record video, take photos, or save camera frames as part of the recognition process. If you do not grant camera permission, some features (such as AR scanning) may not function as expected.
1.2 User Input (AI Chat Interaction)
The Service provides an AI chat feature that allows users to interact with an AI-based guide. When you use the AI chat feature, the text you enter is used to generate real-time responses, explanations, and guidance.
- Your text input may be transmitted to our servers or a third-party AI service for processing in order to generate responses.
- We recommend that you do not enter any personally identifiable information in the chat (such as your name, phone number, address, or ID numbers).
The AI chat feature is designed to respond to general questions and provide contextual information related to the Service. The quality of responses may depend on the content you provide. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in the chat, as the Service is not intended for collecting or storing personal identity information.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
To provide additional clarity, the Service does not collect the following types of information as part of normal operation:

- Microphone audio recordings
